Certifried Mail.

On September 13, 1999, I sent a VERY important set of documents via the US post office. I should of used Federal Express, but I was stupid that day and trusted my mail to our mail system. Now, usually the post office does a good job with the mail, but since this was probably the most important set of documents I will ever send out in my life, their fate was sealed pretty early on thanks to Murphy's law. After two weeks, they still hadn't arrived at their destination and I started getting really worried (massively freaked out is probably closer to the truth). Then, three weeks after I sent the documents out, they finally arrived at their destination. And, a couple of days later, this arrived:

Mystery solved.
